Update: House Shopping

I know, I've been a bad, bad blogger. I've been trying to focus my goal with this blog. I think I have it! Thriftiness in the home....I'm fairly certain that'll stick.

As for the update mt current dream home as reduced it's price by $20,000! Again to have a good credit score and down payment money...:sigh:

House Shopping

I love to house hunt online, but of course I have no funds and shoddy credit. I look anyway though because I love houses. To be a little bit more realistic I look for homes no more than $100,000. My desires are a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Additionally I'd like it to be a single family house with central air and heat. Understandably this guideline don't bring me loads of results. I decided to up my "budget" to $120,000, lo and behold a gem. This is my current dream house. 5 bedrooms! Over 2,500 square feet! A detached garage! Oh, if only I had good credit and a down payment.
