I know, I've been a bad, bad blogger. I've been trying to focus my goal with this blog. I think I have it! Thriftiness in the home....I'm fairly certain that'll stick.
As for the update mt current dream home as reduced it's price by $20,000! Again to have a good credit score and down payment money...:sigh:

Thanks a bunch! I recently found out that the house is under contract. I am glad it sold though. It's to beautiful to be unoccupied. I love your postings, it's really nice that you read a post of mine!
