Our house is very spider friendly, scratch that, spider prone. They love it here. Try and try as I might but they do not leave. Those eight legged arachnids hang mainly in the half bath and the dining room so at least they're fairly invisible but left alone the cobwebs can build up. I comfort myself by knowing that they kill other bugs and they don't actually bother us.
I know you can't see them in the above picture, but I will show you...
First on the left side of the dining room in our makeshift buffet with a little coffee station... And smack in the middle there is a spider. It's hard to see so let's just zoom in a bit.
Now onto the back of the dining room. Above the sliding glass doors towards the left is another spider.
More zooming for easier viewing.
But wait, there's more! Just a little farther down that crown moulding you see is yet another spider.
That's a big one! And I'm still leaving out another one that was on the other side of the room. Then there's the half bath. On this day I wiped all those cobwebs down, but rest assured they will be back. Spider cleaning has been a pure exercise in futility. Anybody know a way to really rid the house of spiders?
